Man Attacked with Two By Four in Road Rage Incident

After a truck cuts off a man on a motorcycle, things turn ugly.

A man attacked another man with a two by four after an incident occurred on I-76 on Sept. 18, police said.

According to police, a man was travelling in his truck on I-76 when he cut off a man on a motorcycle at around 4:30 p.m.

The man in the truck exited I-76 at Green Lane, but the man on the motorcycle continued to follow him, police said.

The man driving the truck told police that the man on the motorcycle tried to strike the truck several times as the two men travelled on Ridge Avenue.

Around Ridge Avenue and Terrace Street, the man in the truck exited his vehicle, and the man on the motorcycle pulled out a knife, police said.

The man from the truck grabbed a two by four for protection, but the man from the motorcycle wrestled the piece of wood away from him, police said.

The man driving the motorcycle then began to hit the man from the truck with the piece of wood causing lacerations, police said.

The man driving the motorcycle then fled the scene.
