Man Attempts Break In While Residents Home
A burglar attempts to enter a home while the residents watched T.V. in the living room.
Two residents of a home in the 600 block of Wendover Street told police that they heard someone attempt to break in to their home while they were sitting in their living room watching T.V.
According to police, the two residents were watching T.V. at 6:42 p.m. on Dec. 6 when they heard a knocking at their basement door.
Police said that after the knocking, one resident said she heard someone attempt to break down the rear door possibly by kicking.
By the time both residents reached the door the person was gone, but the door was partially open.
Police said that no entry was gained.
