Man Breaks into Home, Falls Asleep

A man breaks into a home in Roxborough to take a nap.

A man broke into a home in the 400 block of Hermitage Street in Roxborough on Nov. 2 only to be found later by police asleep in a chair on the second floor.

Police responded to the home after a burglary alarm went off at around 5:08 a.m. the morning of Nov. 2. 

Police conducted a search of the property and discovered a 26-year-old man asleep on the second floor.

The home's resident told police that the man did not have permission to be at the property, and he was arrested.  

Police said that the man entered the property after he smashed a first floor window.
