Meat Slicer Stolen from Chinese Restaurant

Police value the slicer at $900.

Theft: On March 4, at approximately 3:30 p.m., police received a report of a theft in the 4600 block of Smick Street.  According to police, $2,000 worth of copper piping were taken from the premises with no sign of forced entry.

Burglary: On Feb. 27, at approximately 3:50 p.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 4600 block of Smick Street.  According to police, the resident of the home left the front door unlocked for the plumber and then went upstairs.  Police say that while the resident was upstairs, an unknown person came into the house and took an Xbox 360 and various games and Blu-Ray movies.  Police estimate the total value of the items taken at $800.

Burglary: On March 10, at approximately 11:20 a.m., police received a report of a theft at New Ruby Chinese located at 7140 Ridge Ave.  According to police, an unknown person or persons stole a $900 meat slicer from the location.
