I don't even know what joke to make here, so you'll just have to read the full story.

You've Got To Admire His Gumption: According to a report from Marple-Newtown Patch, police cited a man with public drunkenness after he was observed by police hitchhiking for a ride home on the side of the road. The man ask the police for a ride and eventually go it. It doesn't say how much a cab fare would have costed, so he might have gotten a deal after paying off the citation. Read the full story here.

Mark Under "Totally Reasonable Time to be Hit with a Tazer Gun:" According to a report from Phoenixville Patch, police subdued a man who was observed wielding a machete in front of an area bar after midnight.
