Police Seek Identification in Credit Card Fraud

Police ask for help identifying a man who committed credit card fraud without possession of the credit card.

The police officers of the Philadelphia 5th District need help identifying a man they believe committed fraud against a Roxborough resident.

On April 12, at 10 a.m., a woman told police that charges were being made with her credit card; however she was still in possession of that credit card, police said.

Video surveillance captured an individual using the woman’s information to make a purchase at a Target in Springfield, on April 1.
