Philadelphia City Councilman Curtis Jones, Jr., who represents Roxborough and Manayunk, will open his new office for the 4th District Sept. 25 in Wynnefield. The councilman promises direct assistance for constituents, games and entertainment for children and families along with treats and give-aways for all. A future office is also planned for Roxborough.
