A Commonweath Court judge has sided with State Rep. Pam DeLissio (D-194) in a residency challenge.

DeLissio, who is seeking a third term to represent parts of Roxborough, Manayunk, Bala Cynwyd and Belmont Hills, was challenged in March by a former opponent with regards to her main place of residency.

Philly.com reports that Commonwealth Court Senior Judge Rochelle S. Friedman ruled in a six-page opinion that while DeLissio owns a property in suburban Harrisburg, her primary residence remains in Roxborough.

According to the Main Line Times, former candidate Sean Stevens and Nicholas DiPiero filed the nomination objection petition against DeLissio on March 18.

DeLissio will face challenger Dave Henderson in the Primary Election on May 20.
