Judge Sides With DeLissio in Residency Challenge

While Pam DeLissio owns a property in suburban Harrisburg, her primary residence remains in Roxborough, a judge ruled Monday.

A Commonweath Court judge has sided with State Rep. Pam DeLissio (D-194) in a residency challenge.

DeLissio, who is seeking a third term to represent parts of Roxborough, Manayunk, Bala Cynwyd and Belmont Hills, was challenged in March by a former opponent with regards to her main place of residency.

Philly.com reports that Commonwealth Court Senior Judge Rochelle S. Friedman ruled in a six-page opinion that while DeLissio owns a property in suburban Harrisburg, her primary residence remains in Roxborough.
