One of the points gaining the most attention from Obama's Tuesday speech is his desire to see minimum wage raised to $10.10. The Philadelphia Inquirer points out that fewer than 5 percent of American employees work for minimum wage, but says the dramatic hike could affect many.
In West Mifflin on Wednesday, Obama reiterated the point he made Tuesday night -- that he intends to act with or without the support of Congress, The Post-Gazette said.
