Trial Date Set for State Rep. Parker
The state representative's trail is scheduled for July 11.
A trial date has been set for state Rep. Cherelle Parker, who was arrested for driving under the influence last month.
That trial date is July 11. It is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m. in Philadelphia Municipal Court's Criminal Justice Center in Room 806.
Parker's case went in front of an administrator today at the criminal justice center. A new date was set then.
Parker was given two chemical breath tests after she was pulled over and in the early hours of May 1, according to police.

The legislator, who represents Andorra, was placed under arrest on the 5800 block of Baynton Street in Germantown after driving the wrong way down a one-way street nearby, police said. Baynton Street is not a one-way.
The state representative was given the two chemical breath tests at police headquarters at 750 Race St. later on the morning of May 1. The results of the tests were not released, but Parker was eventually let go after her arraignment.
