The Greater Philadelphia real estate market is full of condos, both for rent and for sale, but you're going to get a different experience depending on where you look and what you are looking for.
Those looking to buy their condo might be more inclined to check in Roxborough or Mt. Airy, where Zillow listed a number of condos for sale. Bala Cynwyd and Bryn Mawr also have a number of condos, but most of their listings are rentals, not for sale.
Speaking of renting, price can vary wildly from place to place. $1,350 a month in West Chester will get a renter two bedrooms and two baths, while a renter will only get one bedroom and one bath for $1,250 a month in Malvern. $3,000 in TE will get a renter four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, but you'd still be $1,000 short of getting close to the same space in Bala Cynwyd.
