Councilman Curtis Jones will attend a ribbon cutting for the Kingsley Court Development on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday at 10 a.m. to celebrate the Kingsley Court Development, and the 32 new homes it will bring to the area.

The development will feature 32 carriage houses that will be divided into 2400 square feet twin homes.  The homes will have three or four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The base price for a home in the development is $339,900.
