Late Roxborough High School senior honored at Public League game.
Roxborough High School Tuesday mourned the death of senior Rashawn Anderson, late Monday night.
A star basketball player, Anderson was to face South Philadelphia High School in a play-in match for the PIAA playoffs with the Roxborough Indians. In Anderson's memory, the team voted to play on.
After teammates carried Anderson's No. 12 out prior to the game, both teams observed a moment of silence. In the video, South Philly coach George Anderson addresses the crowd.
