Yoga For Holiday Stress Relief

This workshop is an oasis of calm amid the holiday rush. For two hours, you will be guided on a journey to relieve muscles tension--form the shoulders, neck, back--and let go of anxiety and stress. You'll learn gentle yoga movements and postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that will help ease stress and its impact on your body and mind.

The use of props and modifications make this workshop accessible to first-time yoga students. You must be able to get up and down off the floor without help to participate.
