Farmer's Market continues at Gorgas Park
The farmer's market at the park will continue this Friday 2 to 6 p.m. with The McCann's Farm bringing the following goodies:
- Apples.......Cortland, Empire, Staymen, Red Delicious & Golden Delicious
- Eggplant
- Peppers...Fryers, Bell & a wide variety of hot peppers
- Acorn & Butternut Squash
- Sweet Potatoes
- Green Beans
- Tomatoes
- Decorative Gourds
- Small Pumpkins
- Mums
- Apple Butter
- Apple Cider
- Honey..........and more
The McCann Family has invited everyone to visit the farm for "Philly to Farm Day"...every week we bring fresh produce from the farm to you in Philly.....come see us at the farm.
Though you can visit the farm anytime this special day has been set aside for you to visit us. See where your favorite veggies grow, take a walk, visit the farm animals, light refreshments provided. Optional wagon ride available at additional fee.
