Come and hear the story surrounding Moon, a beagle mix who was adopted this week from Whispering Woods Animal Rescue in Philadelphia.
Moon was three weeks old when he was dumped in a high-kill Georgia shelter. But Tammy Woods of Whispering Woods was notified of his plight, and Moon was brought up to Philadelphia, where he found a home just a few days ago.
