Family-Friendly St. Patrick's Day Option
St. John the Baptist Church hosts Sunday St. Paddy's Day pancake breakfast.
Main Street and Ridge Avenue may be packed with St. Patrick's Day reveling on Saturday, but families can celebrate the holiday, as well.
will host its annual St. Patrick's Day Pancake Breakfast Sunday in Manayunk.
According to Anna Bellucci, the breakfast features pancakes of all shapes and sizes—like blueberry, chocolate chip and plain.

The breakfast is held after the 9 and 11:30 a.m. masses at the church's social hall—at Cresson and Rector Streets.
The cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children under 12, with a continental breakfast for $2. Of course, there's raffle tickets—$1 apiece, six for $5—and a 50/50 for the same price. Nevadas cost 25 cents.
