Cook-Wissahickon Elementary will hold a 5K fundraiser later this month.
The event will be held April 26 at the school, 201 East Salaignac St.
On-site check-in starts at 9 a.m. and the run starts at 10 a.m.

This will be a professionally timed 5K with prizes donated by local businesses, according to an event announcement on Patch.
“All proceeds will be used to support the arts and sciences, library and co-curricular programs at the school. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to register and walkers and family groups are welcome too,” the announcement said.
