Also, when sick it, it is really hard to get a visit within a week.

I suspect that your appointment was at the beginning or shortly after mid-2012 when this particular group of physicians were having to cope, along with their patients, with an upgrading of their automated record-keeping system. Once the "bugs" were worked out and the physicians and their staff gained the necessary skill to operate it, everything returned to normal. Even under the best of conditions, I have never had a physician see me at the appointed time no matter which office I had an appointment with. Why do you suppose that we are referred to as "patients?"

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment today as a new patient. I left the doctor's office after waiting almost 2 hours past my appointed time with no direction on how much longer the doctor would be. Then, I asked for a refund on my copay, and it took the receptionists another 10+ minutes to figure out how to work the machine to return my money.

There is absolutely no excuse for a GENERAL doctor to make a patient wait almost 2 hours before seeing them. Who knows how much longer I would have had to wait if I hadn't left.

Never going back and would suggest others not to as well.
