Fab apartments...large and well designed. That's where the good news ends. Management is so bad I am thinking of moving to fix my ulcers. Beautiful public areas, horrid behind the scenes. Maintenance crashing...not enough people...elevators shot and out of order 1/2 the time...unsupervised mental health people here...30 at last count...check out website...hopta.org...used to be the premier apt complex in area, now getting really crappy. Condom in stairwell for weeks, trash overflowing several times a week, on & on.

Don’t be fooled by false advertising. Henry on the Park looks nice, but a “gated community” it is not. Henry on the Park leases apartments to unsupervised mental patients, the gate hasn’t worked for years and the residents are suing the landlord for inadequate security.
