Since the mid 1800's the Leverington Cemetery has provided a 'final resting place' for residents of the Roxborough area. It is adjacent to the Roxborough Baptist Church, but is not owned by them. It has become more of a historical landmark than an active burial site. Plots are no longer for sale at this location, though the gates are open daily for visitors.
