I want to start by saying that most of my review is for what I saw when I went in a few weeks, maybe a month ago. Up at the front of the register, there was an offer up that they would pay you in free food if you gave them fake good reviews, and then it had a bunch of cards for a manager named Aaron if you're interested. How it's even legal is beyond me, but it's a disgusting practice that tells me most of these positive reviews are bullshit, just total fraud.
Food-wise, their stuff is adequate. But the downsides make the place really not worth it. I've never seen a pizza place that's this expensive. A large pizza can edge on thirty if you get a couple of toppings. Their gourmet options for pizza are okay tasting (some are just too weird to be good), but you'll easily pay three times more for anything there than you would anywhere else, for pretty much the same food. It's just extremely froufrou, but if you're the vegan or gluten free, goat cheese and figs type, maybe their pizza is for you.

The other huge downside is the service. Most of the time I go in and wait almost thirty or more minutes for a pickup order that's usually missing things, or else they won't give me the drink or forget about my slice when I stay in.

Honestly, I don't know what I could be told that could get me back to a hundred percent unless it's that they had no knowledge of this practice and pressed charges on the guy responsible.

The couch potato has really good food. Try the chipotle salad - my fav.

Just stopped in for lunch last week (for the 100th time), and like always the place is always on point. Although the line is out the door, they're quick to serve, prices are fair, and quality is top notch. Huge fan.

Delicious Food! Amazing soups, the Best pizza crust of Philly and also helpful and friendly employees! I Have nothing to complain about!

Happened again, called to order on a Friday night at 8:55 and was told that they are not taking any more orders for delivery. Asked for the manager and he agreed to take our order but that they close at 10pm and that our order would be the last made and that it wouldn't get to us until 10:30. Really, on a Friday night? Lately, their service is awful. What kind of pizza place stops taking orders at 9pm. We live in a metropolitan city not St Petersburg Fla ( gods waiting room) where people are in bed at 8pm. What pisses me off the most is that I really had a craving for their pie and again i am disappointed. Oh well, just ordered from Golden Crust Pizza and they never disappoint.
