With winter on the way, there's many ways to stay fit indoors.
It's weather during weeks like this that make me happy to be a member of a gym. I'm just not "hard core" enough to run or bike in the rain. I do not have a baby-stroller equipped with all weather covers. Heck, I don't even know where my umbrella is and don't care since I park as close to where I need to go as possible. But there are many people who don't yet have a place to workout, and cold weather only increases the excuses to sit on the sofa, gain weight and increase your risk for cardiovascular disease. Not every workout is appealing to every person. Different personalities will be drawn to different styles. The key is finding out what works for you.
