There is a variety of ways to get fit in ManyRox. First of a two-part series.

Choosing a workout that's right for you can be an overwhelming task. You want to get in shape, get healthy, or just stay moving (use it or loose it—if you work out into old age, your quality of life is better). Certainly there is no lack of options in ManyRox, starting with the giant hills that can be walked, run, or biked for fabulous cardio and leg toning!
