Both Roxborough and Manayunk make a top 10 list of the best neighborhoods to invest in within Philadelphia.
Philly.com, recently published a top 10 list of the best neighborhoods to invest in in Philadelphia, and both Roxborough and Manayunk made the cut. Philly.com used dated from the real estate website Trulia.com to rank the top 10 most searched for neighborhoods in the city. According to Philly.com, Roxborough earned the number 10 spot on the list with its average home sale price of $246,174 from Nov. 2012 to Jan. 2013.
