House Guest Steals $2800 in Jewelry, Police Say
A woman discovers jewelry missing after she asks someone staying with her to leave.
A man stole more than $2,800 worth of jewelry from an apartment in the 200 block of Krams Avenue on Oct. 20, after the renter of the apartment asked the man to leave, police say.
At around 12 p.m., on Oct. 20, the woman who rents the apartment asked the man who was staying with her to leave, police said.
After he left, the woman discovered that jewelry had been stolen from her bedroom.
The stolen items included a gold ring with diamonds and a gold wedding band.
