AVI: Find 2014 Property Tax Now
The city has released an application that will measure your house's taxes for 2014.
Fresh on the heels of which listed the likely property taxes by zip code for 2014 tax season under AVI, the city has released its own web application that allows users to find out what their taxes will look like in the coming year.
The city’s web app, which you can check out here, asks you to enter your address. It will then kick back your property’s estimated value, what your taxes are in 2013 and, based on whether or not your applied for the homestead exemption, will let you calculate your tax rate.
